I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. While I appreciated the friendly welcome from the staff and found the animation team entertaining, I was disappointed with the outdated room and insufficient services. The dining options were decent, but not exceptional. Overall, I felt the hotel did not live up to the 4-star rating it claims.

I had the best vacation at this hotel! The animation team, especially Scooby, made my stay truly memorable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the tourist area with shops and restaurants nearby. However, the room I stayed in was quite old and had a persistent bad smell, which was disappointing. Overall, I really enjoyed my time, but the entertainment could use some improvement.

I had an incredible time at this hotel! The welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home right away, and my room was spacious and always clean. The food was excellent, and the entertainment staff added so much fun to my stay. However, the Wi-Fi was only okay, and the club's restroom cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it was a fantastic value for money and a memorable holiday.
